Fairytale Celje is a place of authentic, sustainable and, within the local community, community-oriented festive experiences. A city of free events for all generations and all tastes, for lovers of Advent cities and the perfect festive atmosphere.

• 19 open-air concerts: Žan Serčič in Šakali, Abba Mia!, Crvena jabuka, Vivere, Maja Keuc, Jeanette, Gal Gjurin s skupino, Celjski dixieland, E. T., Dominik Kozarič, Sebastian in Anja Rupel, Rolling Train, duo Artcoustic, duo Del Negro … New Year’s Eve: Nuša Derenda in Sanpark band.
• Christmas Market: A treasure trove of gifts with fairy houses, a Pop-Up TIC with a free gift wrapping service and a Piškotarna – a fairytale cookie workshop with various craftsmen (e.g. Pergers, IR experiences…).
• Events at the Celjski dom venue: ballet The Nutcracker (suite), Christmas concert of the symphony orchestra, choir and soloists of the Academy of Music of UL …
• Fairytale Land.
• Music from the legendary K67 kiosk: opening with Maša Golob on electric violin and vocalist Flora Emma Lotrič.
• Medieval Forest and the 2nd Winter Medieval Day at Celje Castle.
• Advent singing and Winter Choral Walk on the occasion of World Choir Singing Day.
• Other events: thematic guided tours in the Old Town and at Celje Castle, winter culinary festival Taste of Celje, Fever: festival of hot drinks, flavours and music, shop windows turn into lively dance venues, street animations, North Pole, winter brunch, festive pop-up of Slovenian artists, disco on ice skates …
